How Kevvee credits work

Current credit rates

Current USD credit rates are temporarily unavailable. Check the estimate in Kevvee before starting a task or contact support.

Allowances and expiry

Subscription credits are issued each credit period, expire at its end, and do not roll over. Top-up credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. Your account shows the balance and expiry dates that apply to you.

If a step fails, credits reserved for that step are released after its final failure state. Completed steps remain charged. Starting another generation after a completed result uses credits again.

Before you create

A full task can include separate analysis, script, image, and video steps. Check each step's current estimate and settings before you confirm it.
