Kevvee sells online digital services and does not sell or ship physical goods.

Processing and delivery time

After the payment provider confirms payment, the system processes the order automatically and adds the subscription or credits to the purchasing account. Delivery normally takes a few minutes and is expected within one business day if delayed. There is no physical shipping time or shipping charge.

How to access your purchase

Sign in to Kevvee Membership to view your purchase, plan and credits. If your purchase is missing after payment, email your order number and payment time to hello@kevvee.com for investigation.
